I liked Blount but it showed when he was shutdown in Denver and how he's looked at Pittsburgh that he was somewhat limited and needed his line to have good games to get going. Gray seems like a contradiction despite similarity in styles the main one being that he's an INTELLIGENT runner. Hit's the holes absolutely perfectly and on time, i bet Bill loves this kid for doing that.

Got some deceptive elusiveness about him, looks faster than Blount and also runs just as hard.

Looks like it will turn out being a masterstroke from Bill bringing him on board.
