Once Connelly and Stork return I assume Barker will be released and re-signed to PS with Flemming being promoted, so I expect those two to exchange places (Barker to PS, Flemming to 53).
No clue about the others but I would hope a LB and RB, we got rid of Houston awfully fast so I will be surprised if it's him.
The Pats have six defensive players on PS to only two on offense, with two open slots. So two offensive spots seem the best bet.
I think RB is a need. A big back like Houston makes a lot of sense.
Adding Chris Barker, the 53-man now has 10 OL, plus Hauptmann on PS. Barker is more likely to return to PS when Connolly and Stork can play. OL is possible, but probably depends on the health of those two. No need for three on the PS. I guess Halapio or Cave could be possibilities as well.
If Taylor McCuller isn't on a PS somewhere, I'd love to see him brought back. Even if he's never destined to be on a 53, having a guy who can play both sides has to be useful on the PS.

I thought the rule was once they're promoted they have to spend three weeks on the 53 before they can be signed again to the PS. Am I wrong on that? Or has it already been three weeks? I'm bad with timing.

That's what I thought, I read that it applies to both elsewhere (just a fan website so it easily could have been wrong). I know if applies to Casey Walker as it fits your scenario. Sounds like it doesn't to Barker although with concussions we may need him for a while anyway, hopefully Connelly and Stork are progressing.
