On short yardage i really prefer a quick hand off to Develin or a QB sneak from Brady. I don't have the stats in front of me but those seem to work the best.
Right call by Belichick, make them go the length of the field, don't let them back in it easily. If they can get a stop here they will have shot at a half ending drive and they get the ball to staryt the second half. They will have a shot at really burying the Vikings and i doubt Cassel can bring them back from a big deficit.
Announcers were off on the 3rd and 1 play. Aint about pad height on that one, that's how he breaks tackles, his momentum was stoned by breaking the end's tackle as he came through the LOS. Sometimes you just gotta accept that the other guys get paid too.
