The Jags aren't going to trade Blackmon for a fourth round pick, and the Patriots are not going to trade for an alcoholic who is one violation from a year long suspension. In addition, Telvin Smith is very unlikely to be on the board at #140.

The Jags might take Watkins anyway. Cris Carter, who was the same illness as Blackmon, straightened out and became a H.O.F. WR.
Telvin Smith is dropping because he is a tweener. Most Teams look at him as a SS. He refuses that position...which leads us to the question as to how anyone blessed being Drafted can throw a hissy fit. Pats need a cover OLB.....semantics I think.
