This has to be a joke...

Brady was #11 in touchdown passes in 2013, which is the reason he is ranked #9 on this list, all that matters is touchdowns in fantasy football. Manning, and Brees both throw for many touchdowns generally, and the others on the list have the ability to scramble so they score touchdowns with their feet as well as through the air or they have big time receivers like Calvin Johnson.
