We played most of the season without Vollmer and Gronk. All of our new receivers were injured for almost the entire year: Amendola, Dobson, Thompkins and Boyce.

And yet, we were #3 in points scored, almost the same as #2 and #4. DEN was far, far ahead of the rest of the league in terms of offense.

It would seem that the major "fixes" we need is to re-sign our own and be healthier.

Realistically:

1. Get Gronk and Vollmer back.
2. Re-sign Edelman and Blount.
3. Let the rookie WRs develop.
4. Upgrade the interior OL.
5. Add more depth at TE, a move TE, and one more outside receiving option via the draft, FA or guys who were red-shirted this year.

Do all or most of those, and we'll be a top 3 offense next year.

At least until the playoffs.
