Monday Night Football: New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks - preview and pick

Re: Monday Night Football: New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks - preview and predi

I'm sorry to keep saying this in every Seattle game, but come on, who else doesn't want to slap that cud out of Carrols pie hole?

Re: Monday Night Football: New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks - preview and predi

LOL Sherman. You mad bro?

Re: Monday Night Football: New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks - preview and predi

Re: Monday Night Football: New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks - preview and predi

LOL @ these clowns. Guess the Saints hurt their feelings...

Re: Monday Night Football: New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks - preview and predi

**** Sherman is first class db, and a defensive back.

Re: Monday Night Football: New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks - preview and predi

Saints better stay in this game.

I guarantee Pete will be Pete and run up the score if he can.

Running up the score doesn't exist in a conference game as long points scored is a tie-breaker.

Re: Monday Night Football: New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks - preview and predi

With the Giants seemingly out of things, Seattle and SF are the two teams I'd most like the Patriots to avoid on any road to the Lombardi. They're both strong running teams that can keep Brady off the field and score points at the same time.

Give me the Cowboys, please, after an AFC draw that includes the Colts.

We better hope so. Still time for seagles and cowboys to choke. I'll face Seattle or New Orleans anyday over the friggin Giants.

Not so sure on Seattle. From what I can see, they play a lot of cover 3 on D with a rotating strong side safety. The way to defeat this is with plenty of seams and screens and we have that in Vereen and one of the best seam runners in Gronk. It also seems that they're playing some zone underneath and that's the one thing Brady will feast on.

I understand that Wilson will be a nightmare to contain, but again, if we are playing them in New York in February, his mobility is going to be greatly limited in bad weather.

Oh yeah, Sherman. Scream at the ref for a blatant penalty.

This is freakin embarrassing. Game over and the first quarter hasn't even ended. I thought I was watching Seattle vs. N.O. -- not the Jets!"

Sherman is a d*ck

Seattle is hard to like. Carroll doesn't do much to put a lid on player crapola.

I hate when people claim the game is over that quickly. Especially when it's one of the top teams that is down. Just check out our game threads, you'll usually find quite a few of those.

Americans trying to do English accents. Freakin' hilarious.

Sherman is absolutely marvelous, in all sorts of ways. You'll always have fun watching him.

They are the same people that probably thought NE would lose. There is a reason why you play 60 minutes and have 2 halves. Granted NO is on the road, I would still not count that team out.

The Seahawks D philosophy is pretty straight-forward. Stack the box and force teams to throw. They play man-to-man on the outside more than a zone-based scheme.

The teams that have had the most amount of success against them this season were the ones that could run between the tackles and put a hat on hat on the second level. They try to force teams to be one-dimensional so they can use their pass rush to tee-off on the QB.

The Saints running game isn't that great, especially with the ever mediocre Ingram getting significant snaps. Now with the deficit, New Orleans is playing basically right into their hands. They're going to have to throw their way back into it.
