these type of deals that are pending physicals are pretty sure things as long as the guy does pass the physical. The agent cant just back out for his own reasons as he looses trust that way and hurts himself down the line. It will be real nice to see him hold up his pats jersey tommorow and truly official.

I guess BB was doing a lot more than just "coaching" at the Pro Bowl. I'm sure giving Thomas a look at BB up close and personal had a lot to do with him deciding on the Pats instead of the 49'ers.....that and the SB odds. This is assuming the money was close.

This really frees up the draft for us in round 1. Huge benefit not being forced to grab a LB on a reach. Lets us firm up the secondary and if...if Willis is there...that would be perfect.
