Bull**** and only you Tebowites believe this. If the guy needs to learn how to throw, he needs to get off this team and pay someone to teach him.

Unlike you Tebowites, it's us who have been paying the tickets for this team for years. I and others are completely against paying a guy who can't help this team because he's got to learn how to play.

Ultimately, this is BB's decision but you guys can stick it up your ass coming to this board and trying to tell us what it is.

I paid over 100k to learn my profession. Why should this clown get paid millions (including Denver) to learn? You guys are the worst kind of douchebags there are. It isn't even Tebow. It's Tebowites who come here and try and tell us how great this bust is and how we should pay him to learn how to do something he should have learned years ago.

For all the others that thought this was a great post.....figures.

It's pretty damn funny, watching folks like you work yourselves into such a frenzy. Keep winning that argument with yourself. You're making some excellent points against these imaginary arguments you've invented.

Everyone has to read this with the "Mr. Burns" voice ( from the Simpsons) in their heads , it makes it super epic .
I was thinking neidermeir reading the charges in animal house.

That's what little timmy needs to be doing to himself. Every time the ball is in the dirt or over someone's head he should punch himself in the face.

LOL

But I think his benching in game 3 was less about Tebow and more about getting Mallett some badly needed game work. They need to find out once and for all what they have or don't have in Mallett.

True, they already know what they don't have in Tebow.

That's the spirit, that's how I feel about it.
But you're not a Patriots fan, you're a Tebow fan. If Tebow became the Montreal Alouettes 3rd string, bench riding, clipboard holding quarterback with absolutely no chance of playing then you'd be a Alouettes fan. Do you speak french? Good luck on their message board.:D

I'm guessing yes. I hope everyone sticks around. I have never rooted for a player over a team. For example if Brady gets traded tomorrow, I still be. Patriots fan.

I'm a 'class act BB' fan then Pats fan and I'm glad Tim is a Pats or I wouldn't even know about BB or care about the Pats. The class starts with the HC.

To illustrate my point, let it be known that if Wrecks was or becomes the Pats HC I would bail even if Tim was here, particularly since I now know about Wrecks. There is nothing but heart ache pulling for a Wrecks Ryan team. The people that are still Jets fans (they're bailing like crazy) are masochists and we should have pity for Wrecks and Sanchez fans. They are clearly lost.

My heart is with the Gators and it is likely that if Tim had not been a Gator I would not be here. It is also true that Tim is almost the only college player I followed to the Pros. I watched Harvin a few times but don't like the St. Mannings so....

IMO, college ball is way more exciting than the Pros...at least until recently with the read/option becoming part of the programs. The Pros have been wash, rinse, (pass/run) and repeat ad nauseum. I like the excitement of the QB making reads almost as the ball is snapped and the play developing in real time. You know, like they do in college.

I still think this why Tebow makes the final 53. From BB answering a question on the putting together the roster:

And throw in 2-point conversions.

By mentioning the kicking game, I also think it could include punt protector.

I just think the Pats are smarter than the Jets -- rather than run out there and declare a bunch of special roles, they figure "Let's see if we want to keep the guy in the first place, then we'll focus a bit on developing some roles over time."

Should point out that that quote wasn't about Tebow but about roster building more generally - it's my own speculation regarding a potential Tebow role.

Then I'd "be an Allouettes fan?" Yet right now I'm "not a Patriots fan?"

That's a pretty short post to contain a contradiction in logic.

The point is, I prefer it if the fans stay positive all the way, all kinds. It's sort of putrid when fans turn on players. This is the logic I've observed numerous times:

"You're not a real Patriots fan because you're posting here because of Tebow, one player. I'm a real Patriots fan. By the way, if they keep/start Tebow, I've had it with this coach/staff/team."

I was going to say that you'd be a Jim Popp fan, but no one on this board, including me, would know who the hell he is. (Alouettes head coach/ gm) And btw fans shouldn't stay positive when anyone with half a clue knows that a player sucks. As a Colts fan, I and several other hundred thousand Colts fans knew that Curtis Painter sucked ass and had no business in the NFL. Yet the Colts not only kept him on the roster and paid him to be a clipboard holder. But when the time came for him to pony up and play, he cost the gm and the entire coaching staff their jobs. True story, look it up sometime.

Apparently there are those who want Tebow on this team, it would be really interesting to see who actually thinks he has earned a spot on it.

Time for a poll on that question.

Cool, who's going to be throwing those two point conversions? Will Tebow get the Patriots 1 point if the ball is over goal line and in the dirt?

no silly...we get two points AND the other point too...as long as Tebow tebow's inside the 1 yard line...it's the new "We're on a mission from Got" NFL rule change....

Not sure if you understand the rules of football but you can actually run a two point conversion too.

1. Jimmy Pop is also the founder of the Bloodhound Gang. I am a Jim Popp fan on those grounds alone.
2. I am also a very very slack Alouettes fan because the Alouettes were the final resting place of one Robert Edwards, o ye of short memories.
3. Curtis Painter? He's no Jim Sorgi that's for sure.
4. "As a Colts fan":rofl::rofl: Sorry, had to do it. I don't make the rules.

I think the the 2011 Colts problems went beyond the QB.
Without "coach" Peyton Manning, the Colts coaching was really exposed and it showed.

No way they have a season like they did in 2011 if Belichick was coaching them.

Edit: oops, reply was meant for Fawn
