The Patriots started things off on Day 3 of the 2023 NFL Draft by finally making a selection on the offensive side of the football, taking Troy University center Jake Andrews with the 107th overall pick.
His selection adds some much needed depth on the offensive line, which was expected to be an area the team might have potentially targeted earlier on in the draft. The 33rd Team called him, “a technician” at the center position, citing his toughness and nastiness as two of his best traits. Certainly sounds like the perfect fit here in New England.
