But he probably won't be as productive.

I’ll give it to him, the guy holds more records than our 3rd string quarterback last season….:third:

Just curious ... should the poll have been who do you want Tebow or Kafka?

Personally, I don't think so. This thread seems to be about wanting to see Tebow on the 53-man roster. I don't think that many (if any) wanted Kafka on the 53-man roster.

This is about an opportunity for Tebow. Should he be on the 53 or not? I have said that I don't want him unless Belichick thinks that he is better than Mallett (or at least close).

Hugh Millen was clueless. I'll never forget that home game vs. Denver. Third down, seconds left, behind by 3. He tries to run it in from the 8-yard-line, gets stopped short and time runs out. Idiot.

What absolutely killed me is that game was the best chance we ever had of actually lodging a win against the Elway-led Broncos. Something we never got accomplished.

If he doesn't run there who knows what happened. God, that play still bothers me to this day. I was like, 12 at the time but I think that's when I learned I like swearing.

Literally the WORST QB ever to dawn a Pats jersey in the Belichick era, Id take Rohan Davey in a heartbeat over this clown any day.

Ya see...? It's all a part of the plan, man.

Tebow was missing the receivers on purpose.

I may be a Tebow fan, but some of the others do go way too far sometimes in trying to defend him. Usually why I lurk instead of posting.

This thread was apperently just too epic to avoid though. :rocker:
I do feel a sense of apathy toward the Tebow fans who are reasonable posters SDI_Gator given the Tebow fanatics. Fanaticism in any way, shape or form is never healthy.

This signing to me was completely by suprise. On one hand, I can see us using Tim as an athlete, a jack of all trades, master of none, a "plug in here and play" kind of deal.

A running back, Tight End, maybe haf back option. I dont know. But as a QB? I don't know. To be honest, I don't knowwhat the hell is going on.

Tebow as a TE/H-Back has always been a pipe dream. You're really going to convert a guy who never ran a pattern or caught a pass into a position he has consistently said he doesn't want to play?

I'd rather keep Hooman.

Tebow as a pure te/rb/fb just isn't going to happen. He has the athletism, but he has little to no experience with those positions. He could go in on a gadget play and fill in to screw with a defensive coordinator, but he wouldn't be a big contributor.

I'd say 31.6 yards per completion says a lot more about the defense played- and not much of it positive - than it says about how the QB did.

And in reality Pittsburgh's defense really wasn't that good, as has already been discussed.

Even though all of that is true, I will add that I loved seeing the Steelers lose that game. The fact Tebow was the QB made it even more delicious. They're my number one most hated team and fanbase for a whole bunch of reasons.

I can watch the Tebow to Decker play over and over again and it never gets old.

I actually used to feel the same way, I hated steeler fans because they always crowded into the bar I worked at in college and were completely obnoxious.

Then last year I was privy to jest fans and my attitude towards the steelers changed.
Not that bad in comparison honestly.
