Really ? I'm probably the most vocal Tebowite on this board and I'm an Agnostic Deist. Got any other really stupid contributions you want to make to the board today ?

If so then you're simply an idiot and a horrible judge of talent.

I'm wondering which of the anti-Tebow guys has got the brain cell today. it's clearly not you.
Right anyone who notes this guy is a train wreck must not be very smart. Whose picture will you have under the pillow when they cut little Timmy?

Ummm, you're the one looking really stupid right now. But hey, keep on talking

Only to pro Timmy idiots like you.

Actually, it would be to anyone who bothers to think rationally, logically and with reason.

Run along now little one, the water is deep out here and your floatie is deflating.

Re: Should Tebow be cut?

I've actually grown to like the guy. As long as he's not taking a more valuable roster spot, and BB will change that when/if needed. The teammates seem to like him. He's kinda like a second mascot.:cheer2: I used to loath him when he came to the NFL because of the over hype. I could do without the obsession of some, but overall I have no problem with him being here. Am I waiting for him to play during a reg season game?:flypig: NO. Let the cards fall where they may. EDIT: Oh yea, we got him pretty cheaply, with no guaranteed $.

LOL - Nice Pom Poms.

Re: Should Tebow be cut?

Go away already.

Meh, Christiancat's done alright posting about topics other than just his hero. Liking Tebow shouldn't be grounds for being told to gtfo.

I think it's ego. McDaniels can't admit he screwed up with tebow. He insists he can mold him. Just a giant waste of time and not fair to the test of the team. He sucks.

Ah yes, the old "Bill Belichick is totally the type of guy to waste a roster space and development time to help Josh prove that the player he drafted for another team was worth the pick" line of reasoning.

Your analytical skills are simply breathtaking.

Wasting a roster spot seems an extreme position. The 90th roster spot isn't worth much to us. If Tebow could have looked really good in a couple of preseason games, perhaps we could have traded him.

Wouldn't that require waiting until we've actually played "a couple of preseason games", as opposed to just one ?

I'd like to give him at least one more game. Really want to see this kid succeed but doesn't look like he has the arm. He has a knack for pulling games out of his ass at the last second but, so did Mark Sanchez his first two seasons and he's been garbage ever since. But hey, stranger things have happened.

Your mum's

How did a quarterback who has never been able to throw the ball with any bit of accuracy get such a rabid following? Tebow is like Jim Jones with the cult he has. Curtis Painter threw the ball better than Tebow, where are his kool aid drinkers?

1+1 does not in fact = 3.

IMO ryan mallet never really looked good even throwing to Welker Gronk and hernandaz how good did you think him and tebow would look with the backup rookies ?

Fawn - as always, good to see you. It is funny that you bring up Curtis Painter.

Who was the only quarterback in 2011 that led the league in 3 and outs more than Tim Tebow? The answer, shockingly, was Curtis Painter.

Well, since you said "who has NEVER....", probably by throwing the ball with a pretty high degree of accuracy in high school and college ?

It's a long and winding story, not as simple as it's always made out to be, and a lot misimpressions out there about the Tebow Phenomenon.

But I'm not going to go into it at length. Suffice it to say he's like a force of nature with a reality distortion field around him, trolling everybody on earth.

He has Passing Terrets Syndrome. Or he's like Mel Tellis, the guy who stuttered but not when he sings. He needs to be in a moment that really matters and he uncorks some wicked good throws. But it's coming from some place in his brain that he can't find when he's trying to make the coach happy and do things the right way.

......with a pretty high degree of accuracy in high school and college.

And then along came the NFL.

I don't understand all the Tebow hate around here. He's not here to start. He's here to compete for the third string QB spot.

And if you are going to carry a third string QB on your team, you probably want one who might be able to contribute on special teams or serve as a receiving or RB option on a key first down, trick play or or goal line play with Brady under center.

Why everyone thinks that's a bad thing I can't understand. Didn't he have over 30 yards on 4 carries last night? That's really not bad folks.
