Brady Not Expected to See Much Action Friday Night
By: Ian Logue

According to Eagles coach Chip Kelly, Belichick said Tom Brady and the Patriots first team probably won't be playing much on Friday night....

I was wondering if that might be the case. I recall reading either earlier today or yesterday where Belichick said that one of the benefits of the joint practices was that it accomplishes much the same thing as a preseason game, with less risk for injuries.

Considering how much we have read about how well Brady has played in the joint practices it is even less of a surprise. There are plenty of other players competing for roster spots and starting positions to focus on to make the game well worth watching.

I agree jmt. Makes sense. No red shirts Friday so why let Brady take a sack? I'll be watching. Binks galore.
And in addition, many new Patsfans will get to be very happy.

Hmm... lots and lots of Tebow.. :bolt:

What did he do to piss off Giselle?

What did he do to piss off Giselle?

Probably the fact that he can't throw the ball AND make the catch of course!

She tends to take offense to such moments of failure
