Can't wait for the "don't jump to conclusions without the facts" crowd to have a go at this one. First line of defense will naturally be "blame the cops", though that didn't work out so well in his Nebraska trial. Once that tactic fails, the usual follow up rebuttal will include "blame the media."

I suppose BB can ship him off to Denver so he can get a group rate on detox.

After all the arrests this offseason, I wouldn't be surprised if Goodell starts dropping the hammer on these guys. If he is suspended, then he gets what he deserves. He's on probation and now he does this? Dumb move, IMO. After all the crap with Hernandez, I HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE for this stuff right now. This is the risk of bringing players with issues on to the team. I don't want to hear anymore whining from people when the Pats go back to their old ways, because that is EXACTLY what they might do.
