I like the new font, personally.

I'm a graphic designer, and I must say, I'm not truly blown away. But change is nice! (I'd prefer something slightly sleeker)

I wonder if it will have any affect on the current uniforms?

The font has a bit of a look of an old "Wanted. dead or alive" poster.

Considering the past few weeks thats maybe not a great look.

I like it, and _really_ prefer it over the old one. But one minor nitpink: the points on the lower left of the A and the lower right of the second T look kind of weird and unnecessary.

The old style font is on the front of the jersey above the numbers and below the collar so that will likely be replaced by the new one.

I noticed the new logo font on the Patriots.com website for a while now (I think its been about a week or two)

I initially thought it was only going to be a font change on the website, but I guess it's a branding change too.

The change will not impact the team’s helmets, jerseys or anything else on the uniform.

Although, I will say it'd be pretty sneaky to allow free exchanges for Hernandez jerseys and then change the jersey so all of the ones they gave out are out of date anyway.

Can never understand corporations spending big money on minor changes to logos. Smacks of consultants getting paid loads to justify their presence (wish I was a consultant )
