Way too many pronouns in that sentence.

I was told there was a police report at time of incident but it was resolved quickly. What that means, I don't know.
It presumably means that the police checked it out, as they check out all gunshot wounds, and they elected not to pursue charges against Hernandez because the evidence that he did it was somewhere between non-compelling and nonexistent.
Posted this in another thread. More bad news for our gun-toting tight end.
Aaron Hernandez Sued -- NFL Star SHOT ME in the Face | TMZ.com
The suit was dismissed.
aka..Hernandez paid the guy off.
Has anyone considered the possibility the dude went to grab a pizza and got into a road rage incident? Dude gets out of the car, opens his big mouth, other guy pulls out a gun, shoots him in the head, and escapes the scene...
Car remains idling, the poor bastard's body is right next to it..... and AH has ZERO to do with it.
And, for what it's worth, one of the few pieces of information that we do have is that the victim's body was dumped where it was found, so your fantasy doesn't even work.
What i meant to say was that Hernandez likely knows something because he is so close to the victim and his death, If Hernandez knew who was murdered personally and by whom, he might be in trouble for not responding appropriately, especially if he hoped to protect the murderer.
Hard to imagine Hernandez didn't know something at this point.
Dumped where it was found?
As in “I found my keys at the last spot I left them at”?
….genius….
Can't speak for the guy you're quoting, but generally "dumped where it was found" would be taken to mean that evidence suggests that his body was moved after he was killed. We did hear that mentioned earlier this morning, so who knows.
Pretty easy to imagine it, from where I'm standing. Obviously all speculation, but say that Hernandez, the victim, and their girlfriends (who are sisters) were hanging out. The guy goes to pick up some beers/party supplies in Hernandez's rental car, and while he's out he gets shot for reasons that have nothing to do with Aaron.
That could explain everything that's happened up to this point. We obviously don't know, and probably won't for some time, but assuming the worst is no wiser than assuming the best.
It does sound sketchy, but then again Hernandez hangs around sketchy people and has shown sketchy behavior. Wouldn't doubt it if he's the one who told the guy not to call police as it could jeopardize his career then promised to pay the guy's medical expenses, but the guy asked for way more than Hernandez agreed to.
Aaron Hernandez’ situation is a bit different as we are now looking at a potential off the field issue rather than an injury issue. I don’t think anybody knows what is really going on right now and its only fair to speculate that whatever is happening could prove to be a distraction to Hernandez. Hernandez already has a partial guarantee on his salary in 2014 and, unlike Gronkowski, no future options or vesting guarantees. He received a $12.5 million dollar signing bonus so the cost to release or trade next year would include $7.5 million in dead money just from that bonus. If the situation proves to be serious and Hernandez is unable to play in the NFL the Patriots would have the right to recover money already paid earning credits each year he is unavailable to the team. So the Patriots have plenty of protection in the event of the worst possible scenarios as we wait to learn more about what this ongoing investigation is really about.
If what's being said is true about Hernandez shooting a guy in the face after an outing at a strip club it's a real shame. I'd have to say he is a complete idiot who is ruining our season before it begins.

But you're not a criminal lawyer, so really your opinion doesn't matter much.In response to your comment about what a lawyer would do, I noted that I'm a lawyer. This is basic stuff.
Well I might say that, but if I did you'd look much less foolish that putting your foot in your mouth, which you have done repeatedly over the past 18 hours or so.Yes, I've responded to your posts. What does that have to do with my caring about what you think? You've made accusations which others might have been foolish enough to buy, so I've responded to them. If I ignore your posts, you'll claim I'm ignoring you because I'm afraid of you, or some other stupid thing.
Yes it is true one stupid word can potentially cost you a suspension or being cut by the team. One stupid word I may say can cost me a suspension, or worse, being cut by the team.

And you know what? Refusing to cooperate with the police can also potentially cost you a suspension or being cut from the team.
