Why are arrogant/cheap/evil Belichick and Kraft making this poor kid beg for his contract? Dobson won't forget this and will leave the first chance he gets.

This thread has absolutely no relevance. Prior to the new CBA, maybe three or four rookies in the entire league were signed at this point in the offseason. There is probably a 0.01% chance Dobson will not be signed by training camp.
