He's had one season where he's made 90% of his kicks.

I don't mind if guys miss long kicks, guys like Zuerlein are freaks, but 40-49 should be keyed in on as a kicker and he's hairy from there.

Here's the difference ...ghost Will make the 30 and in pretty much everytime...even a few 40 yarders with NO pressure...add the pressure in...especially at CRITICAL moments...and the ghost's nuts shrivel up like raisins....there IS A REASON that BB wouldn't let Gost Make a FG try in the SB in 07...DESPITE being in a dome...he knew he couldnt hit it. I hate bunny for leaving ...but he is a CLUTCH kcker most of the time...and STEPS UP when the pressure is on ESPECIALLY. in big, important games! Now onto the second half...

Still taking Adam in the clutch everytime. Ghost woes are a bit overated though. He's really only had to go out there to make a big kick a few times in his career only chokes he really had was vs arizona and the miss in the playoffs against baltimore that sealed the deal(wasn't going to win anyways).

How was it a stupid TO? Especially considering the number of LONG passes the Pats have given up and the number of PIs they've incurred in the endzone. Any flag against the defense gives the Colts another down. One in the endzone gives them a very good chance of getting 7.

Vinatieri's longest is a 57 yarder. His long kicks have a habit of hooking left. He's been that way since he was with the Pats. If anything, he saved the Pats 4 points by giving the Colts a second chance to consider the field goal.

I would easily let them attempt a hail mary over kicking a 57 yarder with one of the greatest kickers of all time, wind at his back. He had the leg but luckily hoked it left.

A FG is a MUCH higher % make in that situation. Your point confuses me anyways because if the FG is really the worse alternative, Indy could have just lined up and chosen to throw the hail mary anyways after the TO, but smartly they went for the FG. When the play clock/game clock is winding down and the other team is confused like Indy was, calling a TO HELPS them. Your trying to say he saved the Patriots 4 points by relying on the other team's stupidity? I'd like to see how many teams would actually opt for a hail mary in that situation.
