McCourty had a rough game, but not because of anything these numbers indicate. His coverage was pretty good the whole night, but he's hurt by three things (which are not insignificant things by any stretch):
1) He had two chances at INT's in big spots, and couldn't come up with either of them. One was a real tough play, the other he absolutely should have had.
2) He had a really untimely PI call against him, which was actually a legit call.
3) His tackling was atrocious (though to be fair, the whole team looked off in this regard). I thought he was tackling better so far this year, much closer to his rookie year, but he looked bad on Sunday.
I won't single him out (the front seven provided ZERO pressure on Flacco, which was a much bigger factor IMO), but McCourty did not play well overall.
