I listen to 98.5 now.

That was my point. You can't whine about him being on EEI and continue to listen to EEI. As stated I like Felger & Mazz, you may not agree with everything they say but at least they're not hypocrites.

I don't listen to WEEI all that much. The only time I do is if 98.5 are talking Red Sox and WEEI are talking Pats AND the Pink Panda isn't on the air. That combination does not happen all that often.

PatsWickedPissah, you are 100% correct. Polite but firm letters and emails, pointing out that it's not that he cheered for the Giants and/or his son, but that he crapped all over the Patriots and their fanbase saying how much it sucks being up in New England.

It is so very easy for them to think and/or spin this as "They're just mad because he cheered fort the Giants..." in fact many people who post on Patsfans think that! Well, somebody is listening and/or is pissed off by what he had to say in his moment of glory on the NY pulpit.

I wonder if Bob Kraft saw the video and thought "So... life is so bad for you in New England, is it?"

PWP, Its working - there is no other reason why Ch 4 removed him from all sports programming. THe Fred & Steve fat windbag era in local sports is coming to an end.

Let this be a lesson to arrogant ex-jocks who rain on the parade of local fan support that made them semi-celebrities.

Look for Steve D under the All Pro tent cooking hot dogs - that will be his only gig after Comcast dumps his fat arse....

I wonder who will drop him first? EEI or Comcast? 98.5 is an easy solution to NOT tune in to EEI and how hard is it to not watch Comcast SportsNet New England? It's one step higher than the sports version of Wayne's World.

i was a weei guy for as long as i can remember but ive gotten used to 98.5 and thats where the dial stays unless weei has brady on or doc rivers ect ect.

BTW- EEI, should be listened to for just 3 specific kinds of programming.

1. Interview specific, where the you want to hear who's on.

2. Patriots specific/NFL specific. Preferably not a player who won't say anything anyway.

3. The Jimmy Fund telethon - The best radio on radio, every single year, and the only worthwhile non-game programing the station does.

It CAN be lame at times but I for one enjoy the updates on the Pink Beluga's downfall.

On the spirit of your request, there are threads that I hate. I wish there was some way Ian could add a feature that let us block a thread from being visible, like the block the poster feature which I don't use. I would like to block threads I hate though.
