I am getting tix to Den, Houston and Ari...maybe 49ers as well :rocker:

the second half of the season is a bit tough (compared to how easy the first half looks like)

Interesting

Thanksgiving night game at Jets...

Hope they cook em and stuff em :rocker:

That's not good for those of us who don't get NFL Network. Probably no sports bars open that night either. 2 night games in December could be kind of interesting too. The bye week seems to be in a pretty good spot and a lot fewer 4:15 games than last year. Superbowl here we come.

If you hear or read about the last 5 teams with the easiest schedule (based on opponents records last season) missed the playoffs, bear in mind it was

2011- Cardinals
2010- Cardinals
2009- Bears
2008- Brady-less 11-5 Pats
2007- Cardinals

In RI you should get it on your local CBS affiliate. Unfortunately I'll be at my in-laws in North Carolina. I may be screwed.

Aren't you in the local TV market? If so, the game should also be available over-the-air.

Just want to add with the NFL getting more Thursday night games, NBC has the 8:20 Thanksgiving game starting this year.

49ers and houston back to back look tough

Balt away will be tough as well as seattle

If you want to smile, head over to Jets Insider and check out their reaction to the schedule. The number of posters saying their Thanksgivings will be ruined by the Patriots game is growing by the minute.

it says NBC. Did the NFLN sell the rights to that game?

SF and Houston are at home outdoors in December. Welcome to the crucible, boys.

Is anybody really concerned about a game that pits Bill Belichick against Pete Carroll? I mean, really.

That's great news, I looked at the schedule that Mike Reiss posted and it didn't have the networks listed. Last year we couldn't watch the Thanksgiving night game (whatever it was) because it was on NFL Network.

I don't like the dangerous start--we could be 1-3 out of the gate. And 5 road games in the first half is tough too.

Gotta disagree with above poster and think the second half is easier.

Like I said in the other thread, pretty much every tough game before and/or after another tough game from weeks 3-7 and 12-15. This could be a very tough season for the Pats.

I do love that there is only one week where we'll have to deal with the horrible Fox broadcasts, however. :singing:

First half is tough. Denver with Manning and at Buffalo has upgraded itself with new players, Jets always tough (and ugly).
