I know he's worked out at IMG this off-season, but if that speed is legitimate, you'd have to play man with a safety over, or give him a 15 yard cushion on every play. Imagine the possibilities for your offense there.

Anyone that has watched Hill play knew he had tools. I think where he goes is directly related to how his interviews go. Can he play in an NFL offense? That is the question. It's not is he fast or can he catch? Scouts already knew that.

Still ran a 4.66 which is plenty fast for a QB. Darron Thomas was disapointing, poor form, a lot of wasted movement.

Going back to Stephen Hill's 10 yard split - for comparison, in 2008 when Usain Bolt won the 100 meters, his first 10 yard split was 1.85.

Of course after that he was under a second every 10 yards until he finish.

There's no way that was a 1.20. That would be a full .2 faster than I believe the next fastest 10, Chris Johnson's 1.40. No way.

I don't want to blow my own trumpet but I've been talking about the advantage of Stephen Hill's deep threat for the Pats for a month or so (off and on). If we get a Wayne or LLoyd, we don't need Hill to run routes initially, we just need him to go deep, take up the safety and leave room for Gronknandez.

To be fair, you have to adjust for the yards to meters conversion. Plus Bolt is a little taller and a slow started, but his top end speed is ridiculous. Hill is an amazing athlete though and is really opening some eyes.

Sorry, yeah - it works out at 1.65 seconds for Bolt.
