Probably. Sadly, Branch was a no-show, in todays game.

One of the many needs Patriots have to address in the off-season/Draft.

Top priority, of course are: Safeties, LBs.

Bingo..... For some reason they have been too busy trying to defy convention when it come to picking wideouts.

Trade out of the slot G Jennings was selected in for Chad "secret weapon" Jackson.
Take a player dinged coming off an ACL 1 pick before M Wallace.
Bethel Johnson, I got nothin on Jonson I just know he didn't work out so well.

Don't ask... the worst pick of them all. At least a lot of people were wrong about Jackson (he was flying up draft boards) and Tate showed glimpses/was a potential top talent without that injury (very similar to the Gronk pick actually, in that he missed the whole previous year but was highly regarded before that). Bethel was a flat-out WTF pick right from the start... just abysmal.

If they are going to pass 50 times a game, they need more creativity and variety. If not, run the ball. The Patriots do not run enough play action.
