104 Points in 3 games...A first for the BB Brady combo?

Is this the most points (104) we have scored during a 3 game stretch in the BB Brady era? - I cannot remember us putting up that many in any 3 game period during this decade.

Shows that our offense is getting better and the D is causing turnovers...and at a good time I must say.

I thinkther ewere three games in which they scored as many, maybe more, or close to it, when Charley Weis was recovering from his surgery when the Pats won, I believe,their first four games of the season. Charley came back and we lost the next three, I believe, but not 100 percent sure.

Weis never missed a regular season game, just preseason.

The Pats put up 105 points in 2004 during weeks 13, 14, and 15. It resulted in 2 wins and the Monday night debacle in Miami.

Week 13 - Cleveland - 42-15
Week 14 - Cinncinnati - 35-28

The first three games of the 2002 season he was there but in a wheelchair and was not calling the plays. He may have had input, but his duties were very limited. He came back and re took full control in game 4.

That's not true. After he was in one game (in preseason) in the booth he was working full days. He says so in his book - which I assume you haven't read. Did he specifically say he was/wasn't calling the plays ? No. But there was no reason to suspect he wasn't and to say "his duties were very limited" is patently false.

Actually, I just found it...the 2002 season when they scored 110 points in their first THREE games (I was at the 3rd one when they beat KC in OT) and then they lost the next three. Charley was not calling the offense in the first three games.

Not that it matters.

Actually, 115, and the Pats lost the next four. I guess that year was a resounding vote for defense wins championships as they finished 9 - 7 and out of the playoffs.

Well his book says he was working full time. Which, I assume, includes the gameplan and playcalling as that was part of his job. Certainly it's a more logical conclusion than your made up observation.
