Moss still averaged a TD a game the last time he suited up as a starter for the Pats.
If one values scoring TD's as being productive then Moss still was a very productive player at the time he was jettisoned off the Pats roster.
I would strongly argue that attitude, not lack of production, was what caused Moss's termination as a Pats player.
And two of Brady's four INTs were passes to Moss that were forced that Moss couldn't fight for.
Moss had 3 TDs and two of them were against a bad Buffalo defense and the other one was against Revis when he tweaked his hammy on the play. Let's not make it out that he scored these TDs against good defenses. When Revis went out, Antonio Cromartie beat Moss like a rented mule and Brady threw two INTs because Moss couldn't fight for balls and Brady tried to force it in like he could.
Moss is done. You want his touchdowns, but you gotta accept that Brady will likely double or even triple his INT rate getting it to Moss. Even in 2009, most of Brady's INTs were passes in Moss' direction.
