I believe so. I think there was actually a lot of mutual interest between him and the Pats. I remember reading some speculation that he was ready to come to NE but his wife did not like the area, so he wound up going to Baltimore.

As much as I dislike him for what he did to Brady, he was only around Welker. Welker went down on his own and Pollard was just the first one there after the cut. Non-contact injury, Pollard "downed" afterwards by diving onto him though.

Pollard was a part of that terrible Houston secondary last year that lost them plenty of games. They beefed up their secondary with Johnathon Joseph and Danieal Manning. Pollard didnt stick around too long with the Chiefs either.

Dude caused Anthony Gonzalez to tear his ACL/MCL again (he tore it a year before too). He pushed Gonzo 5 yards past the out of bounds line. It was a cheap shot.
