He's not signed or practicing. He was just there hanging out and taking everything in. Which is great since it shows how excited he is to join the Pats.

#1 could mean two things:

1.) He did not restructure yet, only agreed to after league year begins on Aug 4th;

2.) Union is back and league year has started becauese 50% + 1 players have ok'd union to recertify.
