Quick-hit thoughts around NFL & Pats - New England Patriots Blog - ESPN Boston

It's great that Solder stuck around for Brady's charity game -- but why didn't the other rookies?

Note his favorable comments about Faulk (makes perfect sense), Edelman (but the guy has to prove it consistently on the field), and Manieri (ditto, although "practice field" might be the right phrasing).

His logic on Moore doesn't make much sense, but I'm certainly hopeful Moore will play as well going forward as a few games can make us hope.

The thing that sticks in my head with Moore is that he had a nose for the football.

The other thing that sticks in my head, is that he came off the street and done what he did. Surely, with a Training Camp (hopefully) behind him, he'll be an even better player.

Who is to say that Eric Moore couldn't be the UFL version of Cameron Wake?

Bob Kraft is 70 ... wow ... he looks damn good for 70 ... keep it going Bob we are so fortunate that you were a great fan and had the money to buy this team. How many owners in pro sports were already fans / season ticket holders of their team?
