i don't know if i am being way over critical here but akeem ayers... i just don't think he is very good. he seems slow and stiff to me and i just don't like him for the pats.

Can anyone tell me why people have in him the 1st round and some in the top 15? I really don't like him anywhere even with our 33

He had size/speed going for him. Then he measured up at 6' 2.5" and ran a 4.8 40.

Other than that, he has versatility, supposedly between any of the 7 LB spots in 3-4 or 4-3, and is pretty decent in coverage. However, he can't shed blocks, is a pile-watcher, and has no pass rush moves other than coming in untouched. As a pass-rusher, I compare him to Adalius Thomas. Not going to make anything happen on his own, but if there's a whole to exploit, he can go through it.

Pretty much. I think Ayers' run struggles are more due to effort and Guyton's are more due to size, but they are pretty similar.
