Crack open the Bud Light...Here we go!
39. Brooks Reed OLB Arizona In a perfect world, we'd get a bigger talent to fall to us, however, I don't mind double dipping...
[/b]
Reed is 7/8 of an inch shorter and has 1 1/2 inch shorter arms compared to Cunningham That's not going to cut it as a top 60 pick.
I often think that you were on the 49ers staff back in the day you would have passed on Jerry Rice because of his slow 40 time.
And then again the kid may have a thing or two going for him.Reed is 7/8 of an inch shorter and has 1 1/2 inch shorter arms compared to Cunningham That's not going to cut it as a top 60 pick.
17,28,33,60,74,92,123,156,&184
17+28 = 1610
12+44 = 1660
12 = Robert Quinn, DE, NC
33 and 92 to move up to 26
26 = Gabe Carimi, OT, Wisconsin
44= Danny Watkins, G, Baylor
60 = DeMarco Murray, RB, Oklahoma
74 = Mark Herzlich, OLB, Boston College
123 = Owen Marecic, FB/TE/LB, Stanford
156 = Greg McElroy, QB, Alabama
184 = Ryan Whalen, WR, Stanford.
Which means the Pats are going to pass on him, another 3-4 team is going to draft him, he's going to get tons of sacks, and everybody is going to complain.

His combine numbers are pretty similar to those of Clay Matthews yet he's 23lbs heavier, do you still think he won't go in the top 60? Although Matthews isn't my cup of tea I think plenty of teams would give up a top 60 pick to get a hold of someone like him.
Reed is 7/8 of an inch shorter and has 1 1/2 inch shorter arms compared to Cunningham That's not going to cut it as a top 60 pick.
Reed's elite (1.54) 10-yd split will though. He was quicker than AJ Green, Jerrel Jernigan, Von Miller, Robert Quinn and Randall Cobb. His 10-yd split is, dare I say, Clay Matthews like!! The more I read about this kid the more I like him.
