That is not a law suit, the fan was in no way hurt, he even kept the giant "snow" ball as a souviner.

Ah yes, the incident happened two years ago and he's just now suing for physical and emotional trauma.

I'm all for anything that puts a thorn in the Jets' side, but this sounds trumped up to me.

It is very clear that he suffered excess physical and psychological trauma. After all, the devastating hit he took caused him to involuntarily tuck that chunk of snow under his arm and keep cheering.
