With five games left in the season plenty will change between now and then.
But for right now, here is a look at the draft order.
No point in getting into tiebreakers yet.

#1 ----- 1-10 --- Carolina
#2-4 ---- 2-9 --- Lions, Bengals, Bills
#5-7 ---- 3-8 --- Broncos, Cowboys, SF-Ariz loser
#8-10 --- 4-7 --- Vikings, Browns, SF-Ariz winner
#11-16 -- 5-6 --- Raiders, Titans, Rams, Seahawks, Redskins, Texans
#17-20 -- 6-5 --- Chargers, Colts, Jaguars, Dolphins
#21-25 -- 7-4 --- Bucs, Giants, Eagles, Chiefs, Packers
#26-29 -- 8-3 --- Steelers, Ravens, Saints, Bears
#30-32 -- 9-2 --- Patriots, Jets, Falcons

Pats' Draft Picks:
1st Round: #11 to #16 (from Raiders)
1st Round: Patriots' own pick (#32 or lower)
2nd Round: #1, #33 overall (from Panthers)
2nd Round: Patriots' own pick (#64 or lower)
3rd Round: #8-10, #72-74 overall (from Vikings)
3rd Round: Patriots' own pick (#96 or lower)

I'm missing something here. Why would that be? Where would the worst team pick?

I think they used to flip picks in an earlier era (I recall Baltimore/NE back in the dark days).
Then again, it was the 70's........it was all a haze.

If the Raiders go .500 for the rest of the year I could see the pick being between 11 and 16. But let's get our hopes up and assume they win one more game all year. That would put them in the 8-10 pick range where the 6-10 Bills were last year. That's BBs sweet spot.

The raiders match up well and will beat the Jaguars

I see the Raiders going 2-3 the rest of the way

The Raiders will be 7-9 when the season is over

Next year the Raiders should be a team to be dealt with, especially if they have the QB situation under control.

Great work!

BB probably uses 4 picks of his top 6 ,trades out for one 2012 in an earlier round, and trades down with one for an extra later round pick in the 2011....

Still ends up with 5 picks out of top 100......

I don't see a RB until possibly day 2...3rd round pick....

Ingram would be nice addition, but not as big a need as OL,DL,LB,CB

That's a distinct possibility; Oakland will probably be favored in only one game the rest of the way.

Dec 5 @ 6-5 San Diego - 4:05pm
Dec 12 @ 6-5 Jacksonville - 1:00pm
Dec 19 3-8 Denver - 4:15pm
Dec 26 6-5 Indianapolis - 4:05pm
Jan 2 @ 7-4 Kansas City - 1:00pm

While they may match up well with the Jaguars, don't forget the game is in Jacksonville. Teams crossing three time zones often have problems; it seems to be more pronounced going west to east. Hopefully that trend continues, at least that's what I'm hoping for. The Raiders have two road games that kickoff at what is 10 am their time, at Jacksonville and at KC.
