That run by Woodhead for 35 yards is one of my new favorite Pats plays of all time. The thing that made it so great were the teammates accompanying him down the field and throwing a couple of key blocks to make sure he made it into the endzone. Watching the three smurfs (Woodhead, Welker and Branch) outrun and outgun all those larger well paid "horses" was simply awesome. Branch especially threw a great block. Keep up the good work guys!!

I watched it about 5 times last night, each time with a smile. I particularly loved seeing Wes get in that block.

What was truly awesome is that Woodhead actually slowed up a bit so that both Welker and Branch could get in front of him.. And then he let them lead him into the endzone. It was a great piece of running..

I also found it ironic that it was those 3 "petite" players as the interview on ESPN called them...

yeah wes's block then celebration after the TD was my favorite... that and the fact woodhead kept his balance after being hit

That touchdown was great. Woodhead keeps showing every week why he's been such a great pickup by the team... thanks Jets for dumping him for us.

I liked his special teams tackle on the very next play even more--- it showed the "do your job" mentality. I mean, he had to be PSYCHED after the TD, but he was focused and prepared on ST in seconds.
