And PAID-A-TON / Seyton / Foreheads AMAZON Manning!

They can't pump in crowd noise or turn up the heat this time!!!!

Manning face in full effect in a week ladies and gentlemen

Pats -35

Ponies- 17

thinking about getting tix..ahhhh

Yeah I'm tryin to find some seats myself.

after seeing the way the colts played today i don't think we should have a problem beating them next week.............(knock on wood)

Mentioned this in the other-games thread earlier: Manning passer rating is in the 60s last two games. Overall, a very beatable team. They got a few gifts from Carson Palmer today.

Nice to have the Colts back in New England. Gonna be wild in Gillette.

i guess you saw the patriots play the browns and thought they had no chance tonite...

different week, different game. Make no mistake this will the true litmus test for this defense regardless of who is playing WR for the colts

I wouldn't mind a little New England weather. I would love to see the dolts play in some foul weather.

I think that tonight's game was a truer test than Indy. We'll see how it all works out, but I just cannot see the Colts winning at Gillette next week, next year, or anytime soon.

Could it happen? Sure. I just can't see it right now, however.

Yeah i was just thinking i hope its cold with a little snow.

My immediate thoughts afte tonights game were that we tend to get a lead on the Colts then take our foot off the accelerator and they get back in it. Tongiht we didnt get stupid, but we kept the heat on.
I think next week when we get up, we will go for the throat, and I think the inside, quick hitting running game we saw tonight, and against the Vikings will eat the Colts alive.
The Colts are a terrible run defense, UNLESS you run slow developing plays, and they are very good defending those, or you rely too much on the run and let them get a -4 on you by guessing right in the one gap.
If you telegraph that you want to run it 50 times, they are much better than if you make them play it honest and defend the pass too.
Get a lead, call a ton of runs, especially quick hitters, and give Brady an arsenal of audibles to passes when they cheat up, and go for the throat.

This was an EXTREMELY impressive win. But let's not get overconfident. These two teams know each other well enough that they might as well still be divisional rivals. If we come out and play our A-game like we did tonight, we should beat the Colts by a comfortable margin. If we don't, it could be a long game. I hope the team keeps their foot on the gas pedal.

thing about pittsburgh's D, they do what they do, they dont change much but rely on their physical ability to win so teams like the pats who can figure them out can have sucess. And pitts offense is no contest to peyton. He will get the ball out fast and move it much more efficiently than the steelers did.

tell me when the colts have had a run defense?. Everytime the pats play them their run D sucks but the pats still try and throw the ball because they want to score pts not play keep away ball. this game will be no different.

People here were drastically underestimating the Browns. Then, they built-up a depleted and struggling Steelers team into worldbeaters, and now, already people are underestimating the Colts.

The Colts have Manning, playmakers on defense, and they know how to win games. This will be a war and we need to be at our absolute best. I truly can't believe what I'm reading that people think this will be a fairly easy game.

The last time the Colts were in New England, Gillette still had grass (Week 9, 2006; it didn't get changed until after the next week's game). It doesn't seem that long ago though.. time flies, heh.

Go Pats! :rocker: Should be a good one. I'll save my hate for later in the week.

This game will come down to which offensive line plays better. Probably ours, the Colts is nothing like it was a couple of years ago. Matter of fact, I expect a total bulldozing clinic next week from the Pats defensive line. Blood in the water and these fishies are hungry.

I'm having trouble penciling it in as a W. As we have owned the Steelers, the Colts have owned us as of late.

You figure Collie will magically rise from the dead. Luckily they won't have Clark who we haven't been able to cover for years. And I worry about the cheap calls the Colts ALWAYS get against us.

Still, gotta feel more confident about Indy than we did than before Sunday night's romp.

STFU about this bull**** about us overestimating the Steelers. They were perhaps the best team in the league at home.

I am hopeful there is a new chapter to be added to the Manningface collection.
