I don't know if your being serious or not, but it does in fact mean "Just Another Guy". In other words, nobody of significance or someone that could be replaced with some back of the roster player.

Nick Saban couldn't say enough about the guy. According to him, no one could cover him- ever. Not in games, not in preseason, not in practice. It's also been reported from multiple sources that most of the players regarded Welker as Miami's best player prior to him being given away to NE for a song.
