damn BB cleaning house... well not really but he's giving the young LB's with higher ceilings a shot rather than going with the limited more reliable ST'ers.

I for one am all for it, we need to try and develop a pass rusher not always hunt for leftovers. The steelers and ravens have consistently done this for a decade why not us.

Burgess did play like crap this preseason although I thought he played well during the last month of last season. The defense actually played much better this preseason with Murrell starting. Based solely on this preseason, I would pencil him in as the starter until Cunningham is ready.

Somewhat suprised by this. My impression was that BB coaxed him back to give it one more run. If the report is true, maybe a follow-up heart-to-heart by BB revealed that he just didn't have the fire anymore.
