Spikes was not an NFL player at the time this was made, so the only way this impacts Spikes as an NFL player is if it can be established that he posted or was involved in posting the video after he was drafted as an NFL player. I would expect the statement that League is "looking into" this means just that. If sanctions are levied against a player for legal college antics that would be considered actionable if that player was in the NFL, then much of the NFL will be suspended for pre-draft conduct. It won't happen.

Agreed. If this was pre draft, and they decide to levy some type of punishment, then they had better suspend Bush (taking $$) and Peyton "teabag" Manning also.

THEY are making a BIGGER deal of it than they should.. They are in fact generating MORE BAD PR by what they are doing...To me Badel IS bad for football..PERIOD!!
