Garnett is being featured early on and he's looking strong right now.

Did I mention how much it pains me to watch Llama boy Gasol? God he has a hittable face.

Loving the start for the Celtics here. They need to keep pouring it on. And Aussie, I agree wholeheartedly about Gasol. Seeing his face makes my fist itch.

If the Celtics win this, they will very much have their bench to thank. While Pierce and Allen have been inconsistent, the bench has stepped up huge at crucial times in this series. Celtics now up 8 with Rondo, Pierce, Garnett, and Allen on the bench.

My grievance factor is multiplied 4 fold with the Australians going down 4 nil to the bloody Germans and our best player getting a ridiculous red card in the World Cup. Spain is close enough to Germany to warrant disdain even more so.

That and missed opportunities, lack of foul calls in the Celtics favor, and stupid turnovers by the Celts. Loving Paul Pierce stepping up and loving the the lead by the Celtics going into the half. The Allens are doing an EXCELLENT job on Kobe.

The turnovers are really keeping the Lakers in it you are right. Kobe's trying to do it all himself tonight. He's being defended very well and still trying to force silly shots. Let's hope this can keep up for the second half.

Why are the referees now calling this game tight when they have called it loose throughout? This only tells me that they either want a closer game or they want a Laker win.

Ray Allen's offense has been pitiful since his record effort. He doesn't even look like getting close from beyond the arc at the moment.

Celtics have played the Lakers back into this in the last 3 minutes.

This last minute has been a calamity. Dumb Celtics basketball where an easy win that should have been guaranteed is going to be a scrap to the end.

Paul Pierce has clicked into overdrive. Kevin Garnett has clicked into overdrive. Rajon Rondo has clicked into overdrive. That leaves just one more player of the big four to "click into overdrive".

I sure hope we can close out the LA Bryants in game six.. because they are a nothing team without him firing.
