OT: Phillip Merling charged with aggravated battery against pregnant girlfriend

Apparently the Dolphins were concerned that the Jets would have the scumbags in the division. Merling was arrested last night for allegedgely battering his pregnant girlfriend. With him and Brandon Marshall, the Dolphins are starting to acquire quite a few women abusers.

Yeah, Phillip Merling is a colossal assclown, but so is a large percentage of the population.

Yeah, Phillip Merling is a colossal assclown, but so is a large percentage of the population.

I would tend to dismiss such comparisons.

When you look at the number of drug offender criminals we have, I would begin by tossing out those guys and looking at burglaries and violent crimes.

Then there's the other obvious contextual information: most people who commit crimes aren't millionaires.

Actually, the Jets have so many now, we'd like the Dolphins and Bills to now be the concentration of assclowns. I'm not saying more on the Jets would not be welcome, but there are other AFC East teams that need to implode too.

P.S. - Yes, some Dolphin players end up being punks, but the Jets have gone out seeking such players after already knowing their baggage. That's the odd part, but most of us could not be happier.
