Re: Delhomme to be released

That's going to hurt if/when a salary cap comes back. Lot of dead money to carry for 4 years

they would have carried it if they hadn't cut him

Re: Delhomme to be released

Delhomme ... that's the one who thinks he's a QB???

Re: Delhomme to be released

Cap hit or not, Carolina fans everyone are going to cry tears of joy if this actually happens.

Re: Delhomme to be released

I think he just threw another interception.

Re: Delhomme to be released

He had a pretty decent career despite all the people happy to get on his ass the last couple years.

Re: Delhomme to be released

After being rewarded with a five year extension they sure gave up on him quick

Re: Delhomme to be released

should we bring this guy in for a look?

Is that a joke?

He was the worst player ever to step onto a football field last season

Honestly his attempts to play football were laughable.

But Delhomme didn't see it either. His eyes were closed...again.

Re: Delhomme to be released

I have no clue what Cleveland is doing. They've added Delhomme and Wallace, are they their two QB with a draftee and a Quinn trade ? I'm clueless and kind of speechless at them adding bad QB and not solving the problem.

Re: Delhomme to be released

Quinn's gonna be gone by the end of the month.

What a mess the Dog Pound is......they are trying to get rid of the smelly dog poop, but the new dogs poop smells just as bad.

What a lousy organization, Holmgren bringing Delly in to backup his guy Seneca.....

I have watched him for 7 years and he stinks. What are the browns thinking?

I used to root for them as I really don't like the Squellers and their fans have suffered for years. This was before Mangina went there.

Not a betting man but I don't believe Holmgren will turn them around. He gets rid of 2 young QB's who may or may not have potential for 2 older ones who we know don't.

Thank god we have a owner and coach who know what they are doing!

Wouldn't be surprised to see Quinn become someone's Jason Campbell. And yea, I realize that means you constantly have a 15-20QB.

Yeah he really stunk in 2008.

Oh wait, wasn't he the starting QB on a team that want 12-4 and Steve Smith had 1400+ yards receiving. Who threw the ball to Smith?

I know he had a bad 2009 but he was excellent the year before, he hasn't been a complete failure.

People on here are going way ott with their remarks.

Right; he threw the ball up and Smith would get it. They went 12-4 because they ran and ran the ball had a solid defense and played a easy schedule.
Ask any Panther fan and they are ALL HAPPY he is gone.

Delhomme, lookin, firing to Ben Watson, it's a little high....

Watson tips it up, and it's picked off!
