Congrats to Ian and patsfans.com!

Momentarily the site will be supassing the milestone of one million posts in the main forum.

On behalf of football fans everywher, thank you!

Yes thank you, Ian, for keeping this site going, and for all of the hard work and effort that you put into it.

The digital odometer must not be able to read 1,000,000 because it just went from 999,999 to 991,000. Regardless, CampPen33 is the trivia answer to who had the millionth post at 4:02 pm in the Crunch Time For Peppers thread.

Once again, congratulations on a job well done Ian.

A special Thanks to NEM for adding to HALF of that Million posts

Y2K problem!

Ditto the thanks for keeping this excellent board going and going...

Much appreciated. It's funny, I was going back through some old files and found stuff from the original site back in 2000. Hard to believe it's been this long, and it's been a lot of fun along the way. Thanks to everyone here who has been a part of it.

After not much new site and content-wise over the past couple of seasons, lots of new stuff is on the way for this season on the main portion of the site, and an all new PatsFans.com is in the works as well. You'll see the newest feature being released May 1st which I just completed last night.

In the meantime thanks again for your kind words. I just mentioned this to someone recently: I remember the days when 5-10 people at most would drop in over the course of a day (Lloyd Christmas was one of them ) and definitely appreciate each and every one of you for spending your time here. So thanks to everyone for all your posts and getting us to where we are.

Ian

Thank you Ian for all the hard work.

And thank you everyone for making PatsFans.com the place to be for all things New England Patriots... well besides Patriots.com, the Globe, and WEEI.com.

Now that 1,000,000 posts are achieved, the goal is to get 164 more 'members' and 'lurkers' to put thier money where thier eyes and PC are routinely visiting at and donate $18 measely bucks for a full year of fun and interesting things here at Patsfans for appreciation to Mr. Logue and his cool site :singing:

Any way you can dig up my original handle that seemed to get lost along the way somehow?

I've been here since at least '02, but my sign up date says '07.

Regardless... congrats Ian, and all of the posters who help make this forum what it is.

Well stated, PATRIOTSFANINPA.

The fact you even mention us in that list is good enough for me

Thanks a bunch everyone, PatsFans rocks. I found this board shortly after moving from New England to California, and it's been my go-to place for talking Pats ever since. I honestly have no idea what I'd do out here in Chargers territory without it.

What happens then?

What happens then?

I don't think that 300 member donations means anything will happen then,it does not mean that Ian wins a prize nor does it mean that he wins a seat in the Obama administration or a free lifetime Patriots box seat,It just means that he has a goal of how many members are truly needed to keep this site and its costs of operating it to be continuing for a long time down the road and I hope he accomplishes that no matter how long it takes even though he stil operates it fine at less than 45 % of his goal.
