for anyone who is aware of the medical drame -and i thought there was a pretty funny line when discussing and debating some medical options on the show and he says in response to a question about why something like that was being done to the patient
"When you have 4th and about a 100 to go , you dont run the ball up the middle.................unless(after a considerable pause)............................you are the JETS" . i couldnt stop laughing...

Since there's probably not much else for others to add in this thread, another obvious scenario is when you have 40 seconds, all 3 timeouts, only need a FG and need to move 40 yards to get in range, you don't call 4 straight slow developing hail mary's... unless you are Josh McDaniel
