It's a pointless exercise if he doesn't go through that process.It sounds like the kid has mental health issues....(see article in Profootballtalk where high school coach indicates he need help.) For his sake I hope he gets his issues under control. From what I have read he has not taken steps to get help and his problems seem to be spiralling out of contol. If it is a mental health issue and he gets himself in treatment - then yes take a look and impose conditions. But he seems to be a long way away from being ready and i wouldn't start to look until 2014

This time, burglary, resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer.
