I know it's a bit weird talking about the amazing Tom Brady after a day where he was, frankly, not particularly great. But that's the point. Yesterday was his worst day of the season from a passer rating standpoint. But how many passes did he have that were dropped? I can think of a few right off the top of my head. After I re-watch the game, I'm sure more will come to mind. Yes, he made some bad throws (opening possession, missed Hernandez wide open on the right for a TD, etc.), but again, this represents Brady's worst game: 24-40 (60.0%), 238 yds, 1 td, 1 int, 74.8 rating That's not good by Brady's standards, but as a worst game of the year? It's incredible. One day, Tom Brady will no longer be the QB of the New England Patriots, and we'll have to explain to our kids and grandkids just how great he was.
