I hope he returns, it's a better league with Favre than the two scmucks who are competing for the job at present.
So which would be better?
a) Brett Favre falling on his face, breaking the all time fumble record, get booed in Greenbay and look like a total fool.
--- OR ----
b) Brett Favre winning the CPOY, while Sanchez simulaniously leads the league in Ints with 30 Ints. Making two years in row that their ex-QB wins CPOY.

I used to like Brett Farve and all his antics, especially from abroad. Seemed a larger than life character, happy to throw the ridiculous ball, no matter how low the percentage. Now I realise it's all about Brett Farve and nothing about the team.
He talks about leaving it all on the table and retiring for good. Now I think it's all about him and nothing else.
At this point I can understand the logic of Favre's decision.
He's already turned himself into the punch line of a Football Joke. If he tries and fails he's still a joke. But if he wins he has some shot at Football Redemption.
So what's he got to lose?
Just that little almost indestructible spot in the hearts and lore of generations of Cheese Heads he apparently never really gave a rats ass about...
God no. Haven't for some years. But when your NFL exposure is predominately online and through chat boards or foreign news services, the finer tid bits of information tend to go missing. It took you this long to figure it out?

I do enjoy watching him throw interceptions, probably more than anyone else.
