You don't frequent to many biker joints I'm assuming. See what happens if you spill a drink on someone at The Hawgs Pen.

Hernandez lawyer was too, he slammed the file at one point; it was an animated day in court.judge was PISSED
It makes you believe in something. Like Lloyd's death was not all for not it gave these other victims and their families a chance at justice.Isn't that all crazy?? Let's just think about that for a second.
Which one is the psychopath?
@supafly do you think Hernandez has any way out of this in terms of a defense? This double homicide seems very strong, I think he might have to consider and unconventional defense.
I know you got the ups on the legal stuff…
The "Blood" on his hand goes Blood. Sweat. Tears. I thought this has been established already? Proof: http://galleryhip.com/aaron-hernandez-hand-tattoos.html
So, the whole reason he killed these two guys was because they spilled his drink on him. I feel better now, he was totally justified.
He should have made sure Bradley was dead because now that guy is going to bury him.I honestly can't see any way possible, B6.
He is up against the following:
--strong, first-hand, witness testimony from Alexander Bradley who was on the scene with him
--the murder weapon has been located
--camera footage and other witness accounts
--the vehicle used in the crime is in custody
--all of the links from the Odin Llyod case as well, such as that having the motive from this one, etc
He's absolutely, 100% screwed.
To take it one step further, Massachusetts still uses the grand jury indictment method which is definitely in the minority today. That aspect alone solidifies their cases much stronger than other states who do not use it. I believe that 9/10 cases are either convicted or are dealt with via guilty plea bargains. Either way, their grand jury indictment system raises their odds dramatically---and that's before any of the specifics of the case.
He is done; he should try to plead out and attempt to save a few bucks for his daughter to be left with something.I heard the Lloyd trial will start in the late fall.
The dude is Alexander Bradley who happens to be the person who Hernandez shot in the face and left for dead in Miami last year. The dude who was with Hernandez in the car is now a witness against him, this is actually a stronger case than Lloyds's, they have everything, the weapon, the car, witness, man he's completely ****ed.
Unbelievable.
