OT: Hernandez indicted in double Homicide back in 2012

Hernandez unraveled.

Hernandez unraveled.

Ghe reports/rumors of Hernandez using Angel Dust (PCP) really goes a long way into tying together all of his behaviors.

PCP induced psychosis is a very real and known occurrence. It is known to produce a syndromes in previously mentally healthy humans similar to schizophrenia. It is known to worsen the psychotic symptoms in people that already have a schizophrenic or other psychotic illness. Such symptoms include: confusion, excitation, aggression, paranoia, hallucinations and delusions of grandeur. It may evoke violent or suicidal behaviors.

That is just too neat of an Occam's Razor for me to discount it as the most likely possibility.

If true, I hope the prosecutors take a page from OJs trial and charge Hernandez with what they can actually prove.

Maybe in OJs case my understanding is long outdated but I was under the firm understanding that the DA had absolute proof of OJ's steroid use but chose not to present the evidence out of worry it would undermine their decision to prosecute him as a first degree offender.

Maybe in Mass. the laws allow for a jury to find a defendant guilty of a Lesser Included Offense (if I'm using the correct terminology) rather than force the jurors to choose solely between a guilty or an innocent decision -which I believe was the case in Cali at the time of OJ's trial.

If I'm wrong about any/all of this, I welcome the facts of those more in the know.

I'm not too familiar with his Florida issues but he failed some drug tests there and was involved in a shooting? What happened with all that and was that public knowledge or just coming out now?

I searched as best I could for articles that spoke of the threat of Hernandez being violent or a gangster during/right after the draft and then again in 2010 when he got his big contract.

The only thing mentioned that made him "drop" in value or scare off the GMs were his failed drug tests for marijuana. I didn't find a peep about him being questioned for this shooting or speculation he might have been involved.

There was a whole lot of hindsight revisionism going on by the "gotcha" media and 31 other NFL teams after Hernandez was arrested.

It appears that Bradley rolled on Hernandez (not surprising since Hernandez shot him in the face and left him for dead) so that is devastating, this case to my surprise ended up being significantly stronger than the Lloyd murder. I see no possibility that Hernandez will ever get out of prison. I think that the unwillingness for the judge/sheriff to even remove his handcuffs today showed how heinous Aaron is in their eyes.

This story keeps going bizarre, watching him declare not guilty 7x today made me travel 1 year back in time, the first rumors, the story developing, the evidences getting more and more strong, police doing searches in his house, until the arrest, owww this is astonishing, dude caught a TD in the SB, I can't believe, how many people are able to do that, he threw everything in the toilet to live this thug dream, unbelievable.

I'd really like to see him get the death penalty.

Hanging would be great if we got to see a closeup of that filthy grin being wiped off his face as he headed to the rope.

Or maybe...

The guy has something wrong with him, I mean that reaction to something so minor is not even something the worst of criminals would do. He is gone, I was in shock when I heard they did not even have words in the club, the kid smiled at him and it led to that.

Which one is the psychopath?

Wait. If that is actually his photo today...after 11 months in jail, he's a psychopath.

Even without Bradley, this case was much stronger then the Llyod one. They have the murder weapon, the SUV, and plenty of evidence that puts AH at the scene of the crime. Bradley talking just ****s AH that much more.

About the judge not allowing to remove his handcuffs. Ehh, plenty of media was in attendence. Just showing AH celebrity won't give him any favors.

No that photo wasn't from today.

I actually thought AH looked more nervous today.

Normally they would remove the handcuffs for someone at an arraignment; the belief is innocent until proven guilty. He is a violent criminal, currently has 3 first degree murder charges pending, 10 other charges including attempted murder, and he is awaiting an arraignment for assault in the jail assault.

He is one of the worst criminals in Boston over the last decade plus.

I think he realizes that **** comes back around.

-He killed Lloyd to hide this crime.
-Lloyd’s death led to the SUV and everything else being uncovered.
-Bradley who he shot in the face last year is now singing and giving the DA everything.

If he had never killed Lloyd, found some other way to handle it, he had the money to pay him off, etc. this may never have been uncovered.

No, I posted that before today’s arraignment it was from one of his recent appearances on the Odin Lloyd murder.

@supafly do you think Hernandez has any way out of this in terms of a defense? This double homicide seems very strong, I think he might have to consider and unconventional defense.

I know you got the ups on the legal stuff…

There was def signs of paranoia there. The talk about not being able to trust anyone, going to the scouting combine last year and telling BB he fears for his life. I'm willing to bet he shot up Bradley cuz he was threatening to talk about the Boston murders, and if sounds like Llyod was killed for talking, oR trying to talk.

I was impressed with the amount of evidence the prosecutor had to present. Tough to beat video cameras that tie along with witness statements which provide for a very strong fact pattern. Based on what I heard today they have a solid case, weapon, video, GPS, vehicle, and a voice that can explain it all which means tough to lose.

It sounds to me AH was either drunk or high because his judgment seemed way off. 1st can't make out that it was two different groups of men and 2nd kept trying to shoot a gun that was clearly empty.

I know the police dept. I work for and mostly all police dept only release certain facts about the case. It is purposely not released and it is only known to the investigators and the involved parties. It seems to me the driver of SUV confirmed what the investigators had known or suspected.

Not to mention he was getting into altercations whenever he went out around Boston.

Knowing what we know (or think we know) now, when he signed the extension, he had to have been crapping himself. He signed a couple of weeks after the double murders. Probably afraid someone would have recognized him from that night....

Isn't that all crazy?? Let's just think about that for a second.

You don't frequent to many biker joints I'm assuming. See what happens if you spill a drink on someone at The Hawgs Pen.
