As long as people are still active and interested, let's keep it going. Personally I'd like to go much further than the last one (three rounds) - especially for the folks with teams that don't have as many picks.

Also, once CanadianPat's Fan makes his pick for the Eagles, bakes pm'd me his selection for the Giants in case he is off-line. PM'ing somebody picking soon after you pick your top three choices is a great way to keep the draft moving quickly.

Sounds good to me let's see how far we can go with this.

Just got home, man you guys are moving.

I will have my pick up very soon, I was going to take another weapon for McNabb in DHB but I will have to look elsewhere.

Was really hoping you wouldn't take Pettigrew - he was bakes' first selection for the Giants. Reason for that is that I was hoping bakes' second choice was going to slide to me for Arizona's pick, because I couldn't see the Titans taking him.

I really looked hard at Unger, Moreno, Sean Smith and Wood but did not see any value at OT at this point in the draft. I really think they are going to give a first rounder up for Jason Peters from Buffalo now that Tre Thomas is gone.

There is a great deal of versatility with many guys that play multiple positions on thier OL. Shawn Andrews and Todd Herreman were drafted as OTs and both play OG. McGlynn played every spot other than LT in college. Nick Cole knows both OG spots and can play C. Jamaal Jackson is the C, but has some college experience at LG. Chris Patrick is a reserve with some experience at both OT positions, and Osi is comming back to visit with Winston Justice. Once the top 6 OT went off the board I just did not see any other value in the first at OT. I still think they will make a play for Peters, god help them:D:D Pettigrew and Britt will be great new targets for McNabb and I think they will love Pettigrew's blocking ablility.

Knowshon to the Jints? He is probably the best available talent, but talk about drafting into a position of strength...

I PM'd KevinFaulk-33 but since he is in Italy I would say it's a safe bet that we're done till tomorrow morning.

I was flip flopping with Arizona's pick between a center, a linebacker to help their pass rush, or a RB to replace Edgerrin James. I would have taken Moreno if he fell to me but that didn't quite happen. I just thought the dropoff between Mack and a center I could pick up at the end of the 2nd or 3rd round would be greater than the dropoff between a LB or RB taken at #31 vs #63 or #95.

We had to get the next guy to learn and eventually replace Grady Jackson. Welcome to the fold Ron Brace.

Gomezcat is on the clock. First round pick was tough, this one was easy.

A pick I almost made round one I make at 34.

I will let Bakes do the celebrating for me, or as they sometimes say,

WOOT!:singing:

Sorry for the delay, guys. I'll get my pick up in the next ten minutes or so.

I took Robiskie over Nicks, because of Nicks' worrying weight issues. I'm happy that Robiskie will be a solid pick for the Rams.

In hindsight, I would have taken Jason Smith with the first round pick and gone for Defence with the second rounder.

Opps! so sorry guys, I saw on the clock and jumped on it, that pick was made BC

before coffee....my bad.

No problem, I am going to put my pick up shorly.

Looks like Irish Hooligan jumped the gun here. Did I miss something?

I think he did but some of us want to go 5 rounds:D:D and get anxious

It is all cool I took the best CB value and I know some of us hate Davis but he was a top 15 pick a few weeks ago. Kelly Jennings has been a disappointment at corner, while Josh Wilson really should just stick to returning kicks IMO. To get a good corner will help our thier defense.
