We may need Moss' talent, but not his character.
a rolling moss gets hisself stoned
Trade deadline is over guys. This talk is useless untl next year. We gotta win with what we have now.
isn't that what i typed?
Eh.. wasn't reading clearly. My bad.
The majority of you who say you would not take Moss for a third are full of sh*t. You are also the same people who thought a second for CD, who quit on the Bengals, was too much. Face it, for a third rounder, Moss is a decent option. Who are we going to get in the 3rd with more upside? Brady won't be here forever, why not reward the guy with a couple of bonafide options? If this was TO, I would say, Hell No! He ruins every team he is on win or lose. IMO it is certainly worth a 3rd round punt to grab Moss, will it happen, most likely not. However, more than half of the people who said "no way" in this thread would be drooling over a thread in April stating we got Moss for nothing more than a 3rd.
I agree with all said in this post.
No way man,I would rather pick 1 0r 2 in draft or FA.....Isn't Holt going be a FA??????

hes not past his prime..hes got more talent than any of our WRs really..
Wrong. Even if he can be gotten for a third, he would still cost 20M over the next two years. Forget a restructure, that's just too far from what the Patriots would be willing and able to pay. Even if he decided he wanted to win a ring he'd never take a pay cut of more than 50%.
Yes he may have more talent than our guys, but he *is* past his prime.
