This guy is a deranged Bill, Jester or Dolfan. Book it. I find his bitterness exhilarating.:)
 
For the limited window he chooses to look through, he's right - comp picks help the good teams . . . duh . . . because they lose more FA. But his contention that :

"The NFL Draft has been touted as the great equalizer between the league's haves and have nots. It just isn't so."

is utter nonense.

Getting the higher picks in EVERY round gives poor teams a HUGE advantage over time. If comp picks were tradable and we tried to trade all our comp picks to move up from #28, how far would we get ? A 5th, two 6ths and a 7th ? Teams would laugh at us if we tried to move from #28 to #25 probably.
